Grocery List

Per request, this is a basic grocery list for the zone. Vegetables and fruits are, of course, seasonal.

Protein:
Chicken Breasts
Chicken Thighs
Lean steak
Ground turkey
Lean ground beef (sirloin)
Lean pork (we don’t eat pork, but it is definitely an option)

Refried Beans (no lard)

Pumpkin (not pie filling)

String Cheese

Low-carb tortilla wraps
Flax, millet or soy based breads*
Oatmeal*
Nutritional Yeast*
