1-2 cups precooked spaghetti squash
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp basil chiffonade
1/4 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet to medium high, then add spaghetti squash. Season with salt and pepper and saute 5 minutes, tossing frequently. Just before serving, add basil and tomatoes. Serve hot.
